**Duties**: - Plans, schedules, organizes, implements, conducts, and evaluates selected Installation Outdoor Recreation programs such as: a travel camp, family campouts, hunting, archery, ski/snowboard trips, cavern trips. - Also responsible for one or more of the following: RV storage, managing the rental center, instructing participants in use of equipment, and managing the maintenance program - Programs are for the use of military and/or DoD civilian personnel, CYS summer camp attendees, and wounded warriors. - Develops annual Marketing Plan. Prepares publicity requests to Marketing Division. Purchases and safeguards program supplies and equipment. - Develops a business plan for assigned programs. Assists in the preparation and development of the annual budget and 5-year plan. Planning, organizing, coordinating, supervising, or evaluating community, industrial, outdoor, institutional, or other recreational programs. Work experience providing technical leadership over support staff in outdoor recreation programs.
