Aufgaben
Kommunikation und Content spielen für ACOMO eine zentrale Rolle.
Wir legen hierbei besonderen Wert darauf, die echten Erfahrungen unserer Senior Team Members nach außen zu tragen - zu potenziellen neuen Klienten und auch zu Bestandskunden.
Die gesamte Kommunikation und die Content Creation laufen bei dir zusammen und werden von dir verantwortlich vorangetrieben
**Hier ein Überblick über deine Aufgabenbereiche**:

- Kreation: Auf Basis des Inputs unseres Teams kreierst du selbst oder mit externen Partnern Inhalte, welche du über verschiedene Kanäle kommunizierst. Du führst dabei die externen Partner
- Up-to-date: Du hast einen Blick auf die aktuellen Trends unserer Branche und schlägst selbst neue Themen vor und schlägst selbstständig neue Kommunikationsformate und/oder Kanäle vor
- Konzeption: Du konzipierst unseren Newsletter und trägst regelmäßig Themen und Stories aus dem Team zusammen, du prüfst den Erfolg des Newsletters und optimierst ihn laufend
- Kampagnen: Du kreierst Kampagnen bzw. Events, bei denen unsere Advisors oder Coaches mit einer eng ausgewählten Gruppe von Top-Managern oder Unternehmern per Videocall oder in Präsenz eigene Erfahrungen zu bestimmten zentralen Themen teilen und wertstiftende Einblicke dazu geben
- CRM: Du pflegst und verantwortest unser CRM und legst dabei Wert auf unsere Kunden und unsere Partner, mit denen wir zusammenarbeiten
- Externe Events: Du hast einen Überblick über alle für ACOMO relevanten externen Veranstaltungen (insbesondere von unseren Partnern) und koordinierst die Teilnahme durch unsere Team Members
- Interne Events: Du organisierst interne Veranstaltungen: Programm, Speaker, Teilnehmer, Location etc.
- Social Media: Du pflegst die Social Media-Kanäle von ACOMO und unterstützt unsere Team Members dabei, relevanten Content in ihren Social Media-Kanälen zu teilen

Qualifikation
- Ob Du bisher bei google, openAI & Co warst, interessiert uns weniger. Wir suchen jemand, der Lust hat etwas zu bewegen.
- Du beherrschst die Tools, die Du für Deine Aufgaben brauchst.
- Du bist kommunikationsstark und proaktiv.
