**What you’ll do**:

- As a **Team Lead, Brand Communication (f/m/d)**, you will be the guardian of our brand voice, ensuring a consistent and impactful brand experience across all European markets and channels
- You know which communication channels are up-to-date and with which content they should be used to get the most attention from the right target group
- You will lead the launch campaign process from end-to-end with a cross-functional marketing team to maximize the sales impact
- You will develop product communication strategies that are aligned with our audience/customer insights
- You will lead and mentor the brand communications team including social media, PR, influencers and partnerships, while working cross-functionally to drive brand growth and impact

**Who you are**:

- You have at least 5 years of experience in brand communication, marketing, or a related field, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns
- You have experience in healthcare, nutrition or other consumer goods industry is a significant plus
- You possess up-to-date knowledge of current communication channels and content optimization best practices
- You have strong understanding of developing compelling product communication strategies, including highlighting USPs, product education, and nutrition knowledge
- You are proven to have experience in leading end-to-end launch campaigns to maximise sales impact
- You are native German speaker with proficient oral and written communication in both German and English. French language skills are a significant plus.
