Product Director

As the Product Director, you will be responsible for defining the roadmap for a specific feature (or features) and managing a cross-functional development team.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Define Features and Requirements: Understand the features' objectives and articulate its' requirements to the development team.
- Roadmap and timeline management: develop and manage a roadmap and timeline for the delivery, balancing the needs of the development team and the commercial needs.
- Cross-functional collaboration: work closely with other teams, such as design, sales, and customer support, to ensure that the feature is integrated smoothly into the overall platform.
- Customer feedback and iteration: gather customer feedback on the feature and incorporate it into the product roadmap, continuously improving the feature over time.
- User adoption and engagement: drive user adoption and engagement with the feature, working closely with the marketing and sales teams to promote it.
- Metrics and data analysis: establish and track metrics to measure the success of the feature, using data to make informed decisions about its future development.
- A strong technical background to understand the capabilities and limitations of the product and its development processes.
- Proven experience in product development at a SaaS or MarTech company, including creating product roadmaps, defining product requirements, and launching successful products.
- Understanding of our target market, customers and their pain points, as well as the competitive landscape
- The ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, marketing, and leadership.
- Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate your team, drive innovation, and make tough decisions when needed.
- Strong strategic mindset to make long-term product decisions and align them with the company's overall mission and vision.
