As **Director Product Management More Nutrition (gn)**, you will lead the development and execution of product category strategies that are integral to the overall company vision. Your role is central to driving brand growth and ensuring the successful management of brand portfolios, innovation pipelines, and product profitability. We seek entrepreneurial leaders who can simplify complexity, move forward decisively and inspire teams to exceed expectations. The position requires regular onsite visits in the Headquarter in Hamburg and is a full-time role. **Your Tasks** - You develop, implement and manage E2E product category strategies to achieve company targets while ensuring alignment with business objectives and consumer insights - You drive the global portfolio strategy, identifying growth opportunities and adjusting portfolios to maximize profitability and market share - You define pricing and promotion guidelines, maintaining pricing architecture to achieve growth and margin goals - You collaborate with product development teams to align new products with brand positioning and execute impactful go-to-market strategies - You plan and execute multi-channel brand plan including key activation, campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive customer acquisition - You inspire, mentor, and lead marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and challenging traditional systems **Your Qualifications** - You have a master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with 8-10+ years of experience in FMCG brand management - You bring an entrepreneurial spirit and a "make it possible" mindset, confidently making decisions in complex situations with limited data - You demonstrate a proven track record in brand strategy, product development, and successful execution of go-to-market plans - You have expertise in digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media platforms, using them effectively for brand growth - You are proficient in market research, data analysis, and interpreting performance metrics to inform strategic decisions - You bring a deep understanding of the target group of More Nutrition, including their needs, behaviors, and aspirations - You speak English and German on a fluent level **Why choose us?**: Being part of our team means working in a high-performance company with an active passion for the products and a shared mission.
