**Your responsibilities**
- Lead, enable, and grow Cocomore's UX team
- Together with your team, develop, iterate, and maintain concepts, wireframes, user flows, mock-ups, and prototypes for our client projects between digital platforms, services, and interfaces
- Collaborate closely with our CCO, our creative directors, cross-disciplinary teams of engineers, product managers, designers, UX colleagues, and clients
- Continuously improve the digital user experience of brands by challenging the status quo based on a clear user-centered and business-driven perspective
- Lead UX design projects across the entire product lifecycle
- Integrate user feedback and business requirements
- Be autonomous and take full ownership of your work
- Partner with your team in prioritization planning in a fast-paced environment
- Develop and run user tests of all kinds
- Be a mentor to your team members and help them strengthen their UX skills

**What we are looking for**
- You have at least **7 years of experience** as a UX designer and at least **two years** of that in a **leadership role**:

- You have **experience and resilience** in dealing with **complex project situations** in the areas of UX, product design, and user-friendly database development
- You can **manage your projects** and customer contacts confidently in both **German and English**:

- You also have some experience as a **product owner**:

- You have worked **cross-device and cross-channel** and can provide a **strong portfolio**:

- You are **experienced in leading UX teams** along agile workflows using tools like Figma, Miro, and other design tools
- You are experienced in **leading and guiding multiple UX disciplines** (concept, research, benchmarks, prototyping, visuals, user tests, workshops, design thinking, and design sprints)
- You are experienced in **working closely** with user interface designers, developers, and project management
- You're able to set up **frameworks** and brainstorm **initial UX concepts** to make business strategy come to life
- You love to **present and defend your work** in front of your team and the client
- You **overcome industry standards** and automatism, striving for the difference and the better solution
