**Nicholas Howard Limited **is delighted to be recruiting for a new and exciting role as a Medical Operations Senior Coordinator.

The Medical Operations Senior Coordinator provides project support to the medical team, focusing on the delivery of medical plans and ensuring medical launch excellence in partnership with cross-functional country and international / global teams. The post-holder will work closely with the team to ensure activities are executed compliantly and according to local guidelines. There is the potential for the role to be extended after the initial 12 months for a further 12 months.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Works in close collaboration with the assigned country / region Medical Affairs team and contributes to the timely implementation of the assigned country/region Medical plan.
- Supports the planning and process aspects of sponsored medical education events, advisory boards, launch excellence, medical reporting, and regional internal medical
- Facilitates and tracks the review and approval of medical materials in the systems and with the local medical team, supports the development of slides for business
- Tracks and manages all aspects of activities within assigned remit, as defined by roles and responsibilities in collaboration with the Regional/Country Medical Director.
- Assesses and operates in compliance with applicable legislation and as per SOPs, in particular: copyright, privacy / GDPR, Code of Conduct and reporting payments to HCPs (Global Spend Transparency).
- Responsible for organizing and maintaining HCP contracts for Medical Affairs activities, including FMV, contract creation and approvals, HCP communications, PO administration and post meeting reporting.
- Identifies and escalates any constraints / threats that may impact the ability of outstanding work to deliver to time.
- Manages proposed changes to project / assignment parameters - g. scope, budget, schedules.
- Organises and may conduct meetings as needed according to scope of work.
- Maintains and shares information on HCP engagements as appropriate.

**Knowledge & Skills**:

- Fluent in English and native language of assigned country / region.
- Well-developed planning and organisational skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of IT literacy, proficient user of Microsoft Office tools and MS Project.
- Ability to lead straightforward projects / processes of limited scope and communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders.

**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in relevant discipline preferred.
- This role requires combination of education and experience.
