To strengthen our team we are looking for an

**Associate Third Party Funding (f/m/div)**

on a part-time (30-38 hours per week) basis, to start as soon as possible.

The position is initially limited to two years, and we are aiming for a permanent employment contract in the course of the second year of the contract.

Your tasks:
As an employee in our third-party funding administration and research funding, you will manage our acquired projects and take on the following tasks in particular:

- Supervision and administration of acquired projects at the interface to the areas of fundraising, controlling / accounting, legal / HR
- Administration of funds (e.g. budget planning and auditing, preparation of calls for funds and proof of use of funds) and technical responsibility for the preparation of annual financial reports
- Preparation of information for internal reporting
- Search for suitable funding programmes, development and implementation of internal training offers for the faculty

Your profile:

- A successfully completed university degree (Master or equivalent), preferably in the field of economics or social sciences, or a successfully completed commercial vocational training with an additional qualification or experience in budget planning and management.
- 2+ years of professional experience with comparable tasks (ideally in a non-profit organisation)
- Very good written and spoken German and English, at least one of which must be business fluent
- Very good database and IT skills (MS Office; esp. Excel)
- Basic knowledge of accounting and / or controlling
