Senior Marketing Associate, DACH

The focus of the Senior Marketing Associate, DACH, will be to drive awareness and demand across the DACH region through a customer-centric marketing approach while also working to support Prophet’s global marketing strategy and broader firm transformation. Working in collaboration with the DACH leadership team and global corporate marketing team, this marketing-savvy individual will be focused on executing an omnichannel marketing strategy to drive qualified lead flow in the DACH market.

The Senior Marketing Associate will report to the Marketing Director, EMEA based in London. This role is a great opportunity for an eager, detail-oriented marketer to build a diverse toolkit of B2B and digital marketing skills and earn valuable experience at a leading global consulting firm.

**Responsibilities**:
Building and managing a regional content calendar that reflects a strong understanding of Prophet buyers, their pain points and working with the DACH leadership team and freelance copywriter to develop SEO-driven German-language content including reports, blogs, infographics, webinars, videos, articles, and press releases that can be deployed across channels. Ultimately, delivering a consistent cadence of solution-orientated IP in the most effective way to drive demand.

Leveraging global content where relevant for translation including reports, articles and case studies from English to German, using third party service, framing its relevance and ensuring aligned for the market.

Update and maintain the Prophet.de website and provide reporting on performance.

Working with digital marketing team on keyword roadmap and paid advertising strategy for the region.

Exploring potential award schemes and supporting speaking opportunities for thought leaders.

Education & Experience Required

A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism or other related fields

4+ years of experience in a marketing role - B2B/professional services industry experience is a plus

Fluent in German and English

Superior writing ability

Technologically savvy, tendency to jump in and learn new platforms and tools

Knowledge & Skills

Fast learner; strategic, data-driven and organised

Understanding of social media marketing for business using platforms like LinkedIn, Xing etc.

Demonstrated project management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics and LinkedIn Sales Navigator a plus.

Proficiency with Google Analytics; interest in data and insight gathering and analysis

Strong oral communication, confident presenting ideas
