Wir suchen eine:n erfahrene:n Standards and Certification Expert, der uns bei der Gestaltung unserer Produkte und der Erschließung neuer Märkte unterstützt.

Werden Teil des Teams, das die Zukunft innovativer Ladelösungen für die E-Mobilität gestaltet

**Dein Aufgabengebiet**:

- Verständnis bestehender Normen (insb. IEC 62752, 61851-1, 62196, 62955)
- Entdeckung neuer Standards und länderspezifischer Anforderungen
- Weiterleitung der Anforderungen an das Produktmanagement & Requirement Board
- Festlegen der Zertifizierung-Strategie für jedes unserer Produkte
- Identifizierung und Minimierung von Zertifizierung-Risiken
- Ausüben der Teamlead Funktion und Verantwortung für den Bereich Compliance
- Vorantreiben des Bereichs Compliance hinsichtlich Entwicklung, Produktmanagement und der gesamten Organisation, um anspruchsvolle Zertifizierung-Ziele zu erreichen
- Kommunikation intern bis hin zur C-Ebene sowie extern zu Partnern und Behörden
- Vertretung der Firmeninteressen in relevanten Zertifizierungsgremien im deutschsprachigen Raum
- Networking innerhalb der Branche

**Es wäre ideal, wenn du folgende Kompetenzen mitbringst**:

- Mehr als 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Zertifizierung von elektronischen Produkten
- Fachwissen über die einschlägigen Normen und Gremien (Internationale Elektrotechnische Kommission,...)
- Erfahrung mit der Richtlinie über EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive), LVD (Low Voltage Directive), RED (Radio Equipment Directive), MID (Measuring Instruments Directive) und den zugehörigen Normen
- Erfahrung mit externen Prüflabors wie dem TÜV
- Kenntnisse der Elektrotechnik und der Produktentwicklungsprozesse
- Erfahrung mit der Leitung eines Teams und/oder das Mentoring anderer Personen
- Intelligentes und effizientes Umsetzen von Normen in Produktanforderungen
- Hohe Zuverlässigkeit, Präzision und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Verantwortung zur Zielerreichung
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen einfach zu erklären und sich aktiv in Zertifizierungsgremien einzubringen sowie Networking innerhalb der Branche voranzutreiben
- Fließende Englischkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau

**Noch besser wäre**:

- Erfahrung mit der Eichrecht-Zertifizierung nach Dokument 6A und damit verbundenen Standards
- Erfahrung auf dem Gebiet von EV-Ladelösungen
