What Youll Experience:
Comprehensive Training:
  • Duration: 2 weeks of training followed by 2 weeks of nesting (total 4 weeks).
  • Schedule: Training runs Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM attendance is mandatory as the training is fully paid.
  • Shadowing: Regularly shadow experienced colleagues to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Certification: Complete the Meta Blueprint Certification Course in digital marketing during your training to equip yourself with essential expertise.
Your Role:
  • Act as a digital marketing advisor for advertisers, providing expert guidance in social media marketing.
  • Evaluate social media advertisement analytics to ensure optimal performance.
  • Make inbound and outbound calls to advertisers to discuss their campaigns and budgets.
  • Help customers implement effective sales funnel strategies by understanding their needs and wishes.
  • Identify trends and issues early on, contributing innovative ideas to advertising campaigns.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Successfully manage calls (average call duration: 24 minutes).
  • Implement marketing strategies that meet desired quotas.
  • Maintain excellent attendance and achieve a high pitch rate for different campaigns.
Working Hours:
  • Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
  • Breaks: Enjoy a 30-minute lunch break plus two additional 15-minute breaks each day.
