We are looking for a person who supports our mission of co-shaping the German and European innovation landscape—ensuring operational excellence, driving integration into the ecosystem (especially with UnternehmerTUM and TUM), and keeping a close eye on financial oversight.

As **Chief of Staff (f/m/d)** you are the CEO’s right hand and the driving force behind the strategic and operational development of our Deep Tech hub. You are the central link that ties everything together—internally between the headquarters and the 12 TUM Venture Labs, and externally with our network of partner and mentor institutions.

**Your Mission**:
**Strategy & Ecosystem Management**
- Actively contribute to the development and strategic advancement of our integrated Deep Tech ecosystem.
- Develop proposals to continuously improve the management of our network organization and provide strategic foresight.
- Establish and manage an effective goal-alignment system that links entrepreneurial activities with the organization’s overarching objectives.

**Operational Excellence & Coordination**
- Drive day-to-day operations and proactively coordinate projects and initiatives with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage and nurture our partner and mentor networks—from TUM/UnternehmerTUM to national and international institutions.
- Prepare and support C-level and shareholder meetings.
- Oversee internal routines such as OKR cycles and ensure smooth processes.
- Monitor project status, coordinate progress, and support financial oversight and reporting.

**Communication & Reporting**
- Serve as the central interface between headquarters and Lab Directors, ensuring efficient information flow.
- Create regular, insightful reports on the status of initiatives and prepare relevant information for internal and external stakeholders.

**Your Profile**:
**Professional**: Skilled in stakeholder and interface management as well as project and portfolio management. Experience in C-level communication and ideally within the start-up or academic environment is a plus.
**Personal**: A strong communicator and networker with excellent problem-solving skills and high self-organization. You thrive as a sparring partner, resolve conflicts constructively, and keep an overview in a dynamic environment.
