Your Role
We are a rapidly growing startup looking for a Learning & Development Lead (f/m/d) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective learning and development programs (e.g. onboarding, leadership, software & processes) that align with the company's goals and objectives. You will work closely with the Chief People Officer and other key stakeholders to identify training needs and design programs that will help employees acquire the knowledge, skills, and experience they need to achieve their full potential.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives
- Identify training needs across the organization and design programs that will help employees acquire the knowledge, skills, and experience they need to succeed
- Create and deliver training programs on a variety of topics, including leadership development, medical and other technical skills, and soft skills
- Use a variety of delivery methods, including in-person, online, and blended learning
- Maintain accurate records of employee training and development activities
- Collaborate with the leadership team and other key stakeholders to ensure that training programs are aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as needed
- Lead a team of learning and training specialists which own the delivery and iteration of dedicated training and development programs such as onboarding, medical training, software and tool training and more
Your Profile
- 5+ years of experience in a learning and development role, preferably in a startup/scale-up environment
- Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design principles
- Experience designing and delivering training programs on a variety of topics
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proven ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for improvement
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Education, Organizational Development, or Human Resources
- Full working proficiency in English and German required, additional languages are a plus
