**Are you our Team Lead Developer (M/F/d)?**

This position can be located either in our offices in **Götzis** (Austria) and **Berlin** (Germany) or remotely in **Vienna** or everywhere in Germany.

**You’ll fit great with these skills and values**
- You have experience with leading remote teams.
- You have worked with PHP frameworks (Symfony, Yii or Lavarel) for a few years and know them perfectly.
- You have sound knowledge of TDD, automated units and functional testing, CI, CD.
- You are proficient in HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript.
- You prioritize, structure, and organize your work.
- You are analytical and like to see and understand the big picture issues.
- You speak and write English fluently (C1+) and have basic knowledge in German.

**This is what you’ll be doing**
In this role, you work towards the best possible implementation of technical solutions in terms of long-term utilization and efficient resource allocation in development:

- You lead the development team and ensure the required quality standards of all developments.
- You work closely with the product owner and other stakeholders to realize software projects together.
- You maintain the existing solutions and server architecture and optimize them with respect to the business needs.
- You evaluate and design new software projects (story points evaluation).

- The minimum annual base salary is based on the collective agreement (KV) for employees in the field of services in automatic data processing and information technology in Austria. The actual salary is higher than the KV, depends on the respective professional training and experience and is also based on the Vorarlberg salary level._
