A challenging task
Strategic and operational management of our research and development and pipeline projects
Responsibility for the R&D and Clinical Studies team based in Hamburg
Close co-operation with our pharmaceutical laboratories and clinical studies department in India
Strategic direction and further development of the R&D / Clinical Studies department: ranging from generic over differentiated projects to innovative projects such as digital drug device combination products (Oysta platform)
Analysis, evaluation, and improvement of existing processes
Establishment and coordination of external strategic partnerships (e.g. technology co-operations)
A convincing background
Successfully completed scientific university studies
Sizeable track record of professional management experience in R&D and Clinical Studies within the pharmaceutical industry
Proved as a confident and strong team leader, experienced in international team collaboration
Inspiring others to think out of the box and to challenge the status quo
Characterized by an innovative, result
- and market-oriented mindset
Self-driven, highly resilient and seeking for ongoing improvements
Excellent English skills, spoken and written
Curiosity to continuously learn
