**Core Responsibilities**:
Processes & Continuous Improvement - Constantly reviews operational Logistics processes, seeks improvement opportunities and implements them. Adapts processes in line with changing business requirements and system updates. Ensures process documentation is always UpToDate. Supports projects across the Supply chain function.
Team support - Supports the Logistics team in the execution of inbound & outbound transport, re-bulking, warehousing and documentation. Steps in when support is required to solve specific complex or time-consuming problems. Supports the team with expert knowledge across the different areas within Logistics and fosters the exchange of functional knowledge across the team. Coordinates tasks that concern different areas within the team. Flexibly support the team in areas with high demand and provides absence cover.
Quality assurance - Monitors customer complaints and facilitates the timely resolution of these. Uses customer feedback to identify process weaknesses and eliminates them. Develops operational solutions that balance customer centricity and cost.
Interface with other functions - Acts as interface with external and internal stakeholder such as Service Providers, Sales, Quality, Finance & others and helps them navigating through operational Logistics questions. Represents the Logistics function and its requirements in operational discussions with internal stakeholders.

Bachelor or Master degree in job relevant discipline
At least 5 years of work experience in Supply Chain or Logistics
Very good analytical and creative problem-solving skills
Good understanding of SAP SD, LE and MM

**Desirable requirements**:
Experience in broader Supply Chain Management or Logistics
Good knowledge in Excel and Powerpoint. Being able to prepare and present data
Knowledge in MS Access could be helpful
Ability and willingness to develop into a people managing role

Ability to work in an independent and self-structured way, excellent organizational skills.
Ability to efficiently complete tasks in a given timeframe
Very Good communication skills in German and English language
Ability to strongly advocate for the Logistics function’s interests in discussions with internal and external stakeholders
