**Your responsibilities**:

- Together with your team, you run the entire operational HR work in our national and international environment (focus on German tax and social security obligations)
- You are responsible for the integrity and accuracy of company-wide HR data - therewith, central to your success will be to develop and execute air up's HR Analytics / People Analytics strategy, bringing us one step closer to becoming a predictive organization
- Build strong partnerships with your counterparts in Finance and Legal, working together on cross-functional projects across data & systems integrity, international expansion, audits and compliance (e.g. compliance and GDPR requirements across all countries)
- Oversee regional monthly payroll with your team, stakeholder for our international payroll provider, and streamline our approach to setting up new payroll countries.
- Lead operations for global mobility/relocations, including relevant topics in tax, workcation, and remote ways of working.

**That's you**:

- You have an exceptional track record and professional experience in a HR Operations position or similar role with a strong focus in scaling businesses.
- You can demonstrate clear success in building People Analytics / Data Analytics / HR Analytics capability in a high growth environment, bringing high-level vision & strategy, into reality.
- You have experience using KPIs and reports to support next business steps and strategic decisions.
- You have in-depth knowledge of a (global) Compensation & Benefits strategy.
- You have a strong knowledge of German employment system, labour law activities and a broad knowledge of European employment/payroll systems.
- You ideally already led a team, you enjoy dealing with people and are able to win people over with your high level of service orientation and your strong hands-on mentality.
