**Your Role**:

- As an Art Director (all genders), you are significantly involved in the further development of the corporate design and the visual implementation of campaigns and content of all kinds. For this you continuously develop and optimize innovative and creative concepts and solutions.
- Working closely with your Team Lead, you are responsible for the quality and visual branding of the company's public image, products and promotional materials across a variety of digital and print media.
- You are involved in all phases of creative productions - from the strategic conception to the creation of mood boards and style guidelines to the actual shooting and production as well as post-production.
- In productions with external teams, you ensure that our concepts and ideas are implemented.
- Working closely with other teams like the Brand, Production, Graphics and Campaign department, you develop designs and ensure that all departments have the visual outcome that they need to reach their full potential.
- In addition to creating and maintaining graphics-specific templates and instructions, you are also responsible for documenting best practices and maintaining relationships with our external partners.

**Your Profile**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role in a corporate environment, preferably in the beauty or e-commerce industry.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital design projects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- You are a creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience working with Adobe creative suite.
