Art Director

We see design as a crucial element of achieving our mission, so designers are represented at all levels, including senior leadership. As our new Art Director, you will be a key team member, supporting Design and Creative Leads to shape Art direction, guide teams, and unlock the creative potential of projects.

We expect you to be the key driver of creative output, a consistent quality bar-raiser, and an amazing Art Director.

You will work closely with the copywriters and designers across the Creative and Communication Design teams. Your direct manager will be the Design Director of brand and communications.

**In this position, you'll**:

- Develop and implement highly creative, channel-neutral ideas and concepts for country-based and global marketing campaigns by closely working with creative, design, and brand teams;
- Ensure high-quality design team delivery by overseeing, challenging, and guiding the team;
- Collaborate seamlessly with Creative Copywriters, Creative Team Lead and Design Director to deliver day-to-day work and evolve the brand look;
- Pursue and maintain an exceptional level of craft with the highest visual design standard and attention to detail;
- Identify, challenge and address existing gaps in incoming project briefs to deliver high-quality work;
- Mentor younger creative talent who are growing in the Art Direction discipline;
- Execute creative strategy and contribute to the Vinted brand vision.

**About you**:

- A senior-level Art Director with extensive experience in art directing and building concept-driven advertising campaigns;
- Holds a significant portfolio that proves broad art direction experience working in-house or agency;
- Strong knowledge of video and photo production processes from start to finish;
- Shows love for great design and has a sharp eye for details;
- Highly collaborative and able to partner with and support the needs of a range of internal stakeholders;
- A great storyteller and excellent communicator, including in written and spoken English;
- Can travel to Vilnius/Berlin and work remotely;
- Skilled with software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, Sketch, etc.

We want people to work from where they're most comfortable, which is why we're using a hybrid workplace model at Vinted for the foreseeable future.

Hybrid means that we encourage working from the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and the remainder of your time from either home or the office, but it's not required. You're welcome to work from either location all or some of the time, depending on what you think is best and safest for you, and how the Covid-19 situation is developing where you are.

The salary range for this position is **5,667-7000** €** (gross) per month.
