Role Overview

We're looking for an Art Director (m/f/d) to define and elevate Libra's brand identity and creative direction across all touchpoints. You'll translate strategy into powerful visual narratives that inspire trust, drive emotion, and make complexity feel simple.

From campaign concept to product launch, you'll ensure our brand speaks with one clear, consistent, and memorable voice.

You'll shape the way legal innovation looks and feels.

What You'll Do

  • Lead creative direction for brand and marketing campaigns across digital, print, and motion
  • Translate strategic goals and insights into bold, cohesive, and emotionally resonant visual systems
  • Evolve and own Libra's brand identity – ensuring consistency while pushing creative boundaries
  • Design and oversee assets across web, social, product, events, and campaigns
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Product, and Leadership to align brand storytelling with business goals
  • Collaborate with photographers, illustrators, and external agencies to produce world-class creative work
  • Inspire and mentor designers and creative partners to raise the bar of execution
  • Balance big-picture thinking with hands-on craft, from concept to delivery

Your Profile

  • 6+ years of experience as Art Director, Brand Designer, or Senior Visual Designer in an agency or leading tech brand
  • A strong portfolio showcasing conceptual strength, visual excellence, and brand storytelling across platforms
  • Proven ability to translate complex ideas into simple, striking creative work
  • Deep understanding of design systems, typography, color, and layout
  • Fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; experience with motion or 3D is a plus
  • Strategic mindset with an eye for detail and an instinct for brand cohesion
  • Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus
  • Based in Berlin or open to relocate
