**About The Position**:
CrazyLabs is a top 5 mobile games publisher with over 6 Billion downloads, a worldwide leader in hyper-casual games development, distribution, and innovation.

We’re constantly developing new lines of mobile games, and we’re looking for an experienced and creative **Art Director** to join our team.

**What you’ll be working on**:

- You will work with a small, fully-featured team to help elevate our Hyper Casual games from prototype to worldwide success.
- You will be responsible for delivering 3D and 2D art assets and working alongside developers and designers to integrate them into our games.
- You will be on top of the Hyper Casual game market - searching out art trends and effective visual techniques to make our games shine.
- You will work quickly and iteratively - testing ideas and art concepts to find the perfect, most readable and impactful result.
- You will ultimately impact our games enormously - delivering measurable improvements to game KPIs with killer visual styles and treatments.

**Requirements**:
**What we are looking for**:

- You have proven industry experience in Hypercasual Gaming
- You have a killer portfolio (including your work in shipped games) that you are immensely proud of
- You can use industry-standard 3D tools (3DSMax, Blender, Maya, etc) to create both static and animated models
- You can create Hypercasual-appropriate textures for use in games
- You can likewise create 2D art assets - both gameplay assets and UI
- You know the shortcuts - you can source appropriate ready-made art assets and modify or implement them for maximum results
- You have a workable knowledge of the Unity game engine for testing and implementing your art
- You can give fast, meaningful feedback regarding Hypercasual art style and implementation
- You are immersed in the mobile gaming market - with a brain full of art styles and references that work in Hypercasual games.
- You work quickly and efficiently - from mockups to initial art experiments through to the finished product.
- You are able to work in a cross-discipline team - with an understanding of how best to support and be supported by team members from different roles.
