Ihre Tätigkeiten
- Regelmäßiger Austausch mit internen und externen Schnittstellen wie Systemlieferanten, Fachabteilungen und Gremien
- Planen und Steuern aller FuSi-Aktivitäten gemäß ISO26262, innerhalb des projektspezifischen Scopes
- Fachliche Führung von FuSi-Ingenieuren/FuSi-Experten
- Organisieren, Leiten und Protokollieren von Sitzungen
- Analysieren und Lösen von FuSi Issues (z.B. im Bereich Systemarchitektur, Hardware, Software)
- Review von bereits bestehenden FuSi Dokumenten
- Pflege der FuSi-Dokumentation
- Review und Optimierung von FuSi Vorlagen, Richtlinien, Prozessbeschreibungen und Tools
- Aktive Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Prozesse und Tools
- Ausarbeitung von Schulungsunterlagen und Durchführung von Trainings

Ihr Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Fahrzeugtechnik, Mechatronik, Naturwissenschaften o.ä.
- Fundierte mehrjährige Projekterfahrung in der Automotive Entwicklung, idealerweise mit direktem Bezug/Anwendung der ISO26262
- Gute Kenntnisse von Fahrzeugentwicklungsprozessen
- Erfahrung im Bereich Lieferantenmanagement und Kundenkommunikation
- Erfahrung als Teamleiter
- Gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
- Hohe Team
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie professionelles Auftreten
- Starke Proaktivität und effektives Zeit
- und Selbstmanagement

ERFAHRUNGEN (OEM, Prozesse, Bereiche) Must have:

- Kenntnis der relevanten Normen und Richtlinien (insbesondere ISO 26262)
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Funktionale Sicherheit (HARA, DIA, Safety Concepts, Requirement Specification, Safety Analysis, Safety V&V, Traceability etc.)
