Für unser Automotive Safety Team suchen wir dich als erfahrenen Engineer für die Position als Teamleiter Automotive Functional Safety Engineering (m/w/d).

Aufgaben:

- Disziplinarische Führung eines Teams von Automotive Safety Engineers
- Mitarbeiterführung und -entwicklung auf Grundlagen einer guten persönlichen Basis mit dem Spirit, die Mitarbeiter(m/w/d) wirklich weiterbringen zu wollen
- Wissenstransfer und Aufbau im Team zu den Themen rund um Automotive Functional Safety
- Unterstützung unserer Vertriebskollegen bei Projektausschreibungen auf technologischer Basis
- Beratung unserer Kunden in Fragen der Gestaltung und Umsetzung von Sicherheitskonzepten, -architekturen und -prozessen
- Erstellung von Sicherheitskonzepten und Durchführung von Supplier-Assessments sowie Moderation von FMEAs
- Gegebenenfalls Durchführung von Schulungen

Qualifikationen:

- Abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Starke Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und bei der Verifikation sicherheitskritischer Systeme, der Erstellung von Sicherheitskonzepten und bei der Durchführung von Sicherheitsanalysen
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von ISO 26262 oder IEC 61508, möglichst mit Zertifikat einer unabhängigen Prüforganisation
- Freude an der Führung eines Teams sowie erste (gerne auch vertretungsweise) oder aber auch bereits langjährige Erfahrung im Führen eines Teams
- Einen starken Teamspirit, verbindliche kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie ein hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
