Team Lead Supply Chain Management

**Introduction Sentence**:
Our Supply Chain Management team works on planning and keeping healthy inventory levels, as well as optimizing our processes, to ensure that we provide our flaconi customers with their favorite products in the fastest, most efficient way possible. We are on the lookout for a Team Lead to lead and take our SCM Operations team to the next level.

**What you can expect in this role**:

- Together with your team, you plan and monitor replenishment across the value chain to maintain the accurate amounts
- Collaborate with the category, the inventory teams and relevant business leads to resolve out of stock or stock shortage situations
- You monitor monthly aging stock level and build a liquidating strategy with Logistics, our suppliers and the category team through transfer/return, clearance & promotions suggestions
- Working with the Category and Strategic Supply management team, you define replenishment, delivery and supplier collaboration terms
- Defining forecast & replenishment with category management and the commercial team for weekly/monthly/yearly buying budget to avoid over-buy/under-buy and OOS conditions
- As a part of your responsibilities, you develop a simulation model for forecast, replenishment and sales, and suggest best fit outcome to business based on goals & target

**Your essential experience and education**:

- Completed studies in Supply Chain Management or a similar field
- Several years of relevant professional experience in supply chain planning/controlling, inventory management or similar, as well as initial leadership experience
- Sound experience in inventory planning and warehouse management
- Advanced Excel and SQL skills (including aggregate functions, linking multiple tables) and experience with data warehouses
- Hands-on experience in performing quantitative analysis on large data sets
- Strong attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously in a results
- and performance-oriented manner
- You are able to work in a fast-paced technology and data driven business environment
- Excellent communication skills combined with a cross-functional mindset
