Team Lead Supply Chain Planning

The HelloFresh Group now includes our core brand, HelloFresh, as well as: GreenChef, EveryPlate, Chef's Plate, Factor, and Youfoodz. **The role**: As Senior Expert / Team Lead, Supply Planning & Ops Governance, you'll be responsible for defining the best-in-class supply planning process for our 17+ multi-site markets globally. You will develop and implement standard processes across markets which procurement operations teams will use for planning the supply chain sustainably in line with the objectives of the business to increase planning accuracy, mitigate supply risk and reduce inventory. In this role you will report into the Associate Director, Procurement Operations & Supply Chain Management. Above all, we are looking for people who will **make HelloFresh** **better.** We believe there are many different ways of developing skills and we love diverse experiences So even if you don't "tick all the boxes" but think you'd thrive in this role, we would really like to learn more about you. **What you'll do**: - Define, implement and continuously improve processes and SOPs for supply planning, forecasting and inventory planning in a matrix organization across 17+ multi-site markets globally in order to optimize our supply chain, inventory and mitigate supply risk - Technical leadership and methodological competence for statistical forecasting, design and conception of supply planning processes - Develop concepts for incoming goods, inventory and range of coverage, internal batch releases - Develop and monitor KPIs for planning quality, inventory availability, and delivery reliability - Conceptualize and actively drive implementation of supply forecasting and planning systems - Interface between planning, supply chain, production, and operational quality assurance - Consolidation and validation of planning data into value-optimized planning scenarios - Provision of data for rolling S&OP planning as well as for medium and long-term planning as well as active participation in the corresponding planning meetings - Provide the planning premises for the replenishment buyers and production planner - Expansion of our know-how and development of new offerings in the area of supply chain planning through innovative approaches - Develop strong talent across global markets **What you'll bring**: - Academic degree in Engineering or Business with a focus on supply chain management preferred - 7+ years of technical experience in the area of supply chain management, statistical forecasting, capacity planning, supply planning, inventory planning, S&OP planning - Strong experience in development and implementation of strategies and processes in order to sustainably optimize a material value chain - Demonstrated ability define and monitor process adherence metrics - Affinity and experience in digitalization of supply chain planning processes - Demonstrable stakeholder management experience across diverse stakeholder groups - Progressive strategic mindset combined with experience in working in a matrix organization combined with a good sense of hands on mentality - Superior analytical and data analysis skills, problem solving techniques, structuring of complex projects - Experience in the food industry is considered a plus - Interest to frequently travel abroad to our sites - Team player with hands-on mentality - Fluent business English knowledge, German and other languages are considered a plus **What we offer**: - Healthy discount on weekly HelloFresh boxes - Annual learning and development budget to attend conferences or purchase educational resources plus access to the HelloFresh Academy - Budget for home office supplies - Monthly transportation budget through Rydes app - A diverse and vibrant international environment of 70+ different nationalities - Additional perks include: Free crash course in German, compensation for advanced external German classes, discounts for John Reed gyms & Urban Sports Club, summer & winter parties, discount on our HelloFresh GO vending machines - The chance to have a significant impact on one of the fastest-growing technology companies in Europe in an exciting growth phase **Are you up for the challenge?**: **About HelloFresh**: We believe that sharing a meal brings people of all identities, backgrounds, and cultures together.
