Due to growth, we have a rare opportunity in our **B2B Sales team in Berlin**, and we are recruiting for a **Team Leader (M/F/d)** to join us. It's a great chance to become part of a leading tech company and work in a dynamic environment as you will play a key role to take the next step in the development of our B2B sales in Germany.

You're an empathetic person that has previous experience in leading and managing teams of sales representatives. You are a dedicated, responsible, motivated person who enjoys getting things done with good quality. You have a great interest in people as a leader and you're keen and passionate to create the best possible conditions for your team.

You like to be challenged and embrace changes with an open mind and you are happy to contribute with new perspectives and ideas. You step out of your comfort zone through curiosity and desire to learn, grow and make an impact.

**You will contribute & make an impact through**:

- Recruit, onboard, coach and lead account executives..
- Secure our way of working (sales process, CRM systems ).
- Co listening and provide individualized feedback & coaching.
- Determine training needs by participating actively in the day to day of the sales representatives.
- Analyzing sales results and working with the sales manager to refine training needs.
- Create & contribute with new content for sales training and also conduct training sessions both in groups and in one-to-one.
- Development and preparation of career plans for the team members.
- Manage effort & sales metrics daily.

**About you**:

- You have experience in sales, ideally in the SaaS area.
- Previous experience of 2 - 3 years in leading and coaching a team.
- You have efficient communication skills.
- Resilient with the ability to “think on your feet” and adapt quickly to change.
- You have a very good feel for numbers, organization, and planning.
- You work in a structured manner, and have an interest in optimizing processes/procedures.
- You are a problem solver with a high level of customer orientation.
- You are system and tech savvy.
- You are fluent in** German and English.**
