We are looking for an HR & Recruiting Intern who supports us in building a world-class team as we are growing fast. While you support activities and projects within Talent management, Employer Branding and Diversity & Inclusion, we support you to continuously learn and develop your skills. You will also have a direct impact on one of our people's focus topics to enable everyone at Usercentrics to become the best version of themselves.

**Your Tasks**:

- You will develop new recruiting strategies (active sourcing, employer branding, etc.) and analyze the effectiveness of different channels.
- You will take over administrative tasks, implement your own ideas and help us to improve our processes.
- You will support us in day to day business (e.g., Updating and maintaining Intranet activities).

**You Bring**:

- Currently a university student in a relevant field with interest in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
- Availability for 4-6 Months internship.
- Proficiency in English (min. B2+) and German.
- Previous internship or working student experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the projects.
- Hands-On and Can-Do mindset.
- Curiosity to learn, dive deep into new topics, and support putting insights into action.
- Strong team player, who is happy sharing knowledge with others.
- Ability to work with big amounts of information and sensitive data,, attention to details.
