Your mission

Blickfeld is working on a technology that is progressing extremely quickly and setting a new innovative standard for the future But a LiDAR-sensor does not simply develop on its own - many highly qualified colleagues work intensively on our joint success. And we need more of these high professionals. That’s exactly where you can support our fast growing start-up: As a HR Working Student (M/F/d) Recruiting & Operations you’ll collaborate with our HR Managers and Hiring Managers together on a variety of topics. Gain a deep insight into the start-up business and help us grow as a team and as a company.

Your tasks
- You manage our HR operations and administrative tasks such as recruiting, onboarding and personnel management
- You take care of the daily applicant correspondence via implemented HR management software
- You are in constant exchange with our hiring managers and offer them direct consultation and support
- You take responsibility and participate directly in interviews with tasks such as contract preparation and drafting or filing both digital and physical employee files
- You get insights into other exciting departments and take action supporting our social media team with developing Employer Branding and internal communication

**Profile**:

- You are currently enrolled as a student in the field of business administration or similar with a focus on human resources management or psychology
- You have previously worked in recruiting or another HR-related function
- In addition to your entrepreneurial mindset, self-driven personality and a team player mentality, you have a technical affinity
- Your work style is characterized by a structured, independent, analytic and detail-oriented approach
- Thanks to your positive and open nature, you do not hesitate to interact on all levels whether by phone calls or internal communication with hiring managers
- You have very good communication skills, both verbal and written in German and English
