Functionally lead the District Managers in the region
- Drive Revenues and Ebit by achieving and exceeding KPIs and demonstrate a business owner behavior
- Deliver excellent Brand standard of customer service and shopping experience both in O&O ML and FO stores
- Guarantee the consistency across the market by aligning practices on the best.
- Lead and develop a strong team of retail talents and promote retail culture across the company
Execute and deliver on 5 Pocket Plan - Be instrumental part of Unlock Germany Task Force - Provide strategic guidance, regional expertise, best practices and feedback to District Managers to drive Revenues and Ebit by achieving and exceeding KPIs, implementing quick commercial solutions when needed, - Improve the OMNI KPIs as well as the RED TAB Loyalty program - Nurture a culture of high reactivity to guarantee business growth and profitability of the stores. - Lead by example and aligning Team on the best practices (Global and regional) and Brand standards, representing and supporting the Levi’s Brand and values. - Take a proactive approach to the business trends and needs and share commercial insight on the different markets with the leadership team. - Develop, implement and ensure execution of the store staff scheduling to hit payroll target and improve constantly staff productivity, and monitor the payroll costs for the market. - Support the recruitment, development and management of a strong team eager to exceed their targets (KPIs and revenue) and passionate by the Brand - Cascade appropriately the information, policies & procedures and trainings to the team, ensuring a consistent knowledge across the market. - Supervise execution of retail processes and standards ensuring consistency across the market - Collaborate with Brand presentation to ensure VM standards are commercially relevant and operationally viable - Build an effective communication and collaboration with key business partners across the functions
