For the expansion of our team, we are looking for the following support on a full-time basis for our location in Cologne with an ideally soon start date:
EMPLOYEE CUSTOMER SERVICE (M/F/D) OPERATIONS & BACKOFFICE

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- You are responsible for processing and handling credit notes, cancellations and complaints of orders while keeping the customer satisfaction a top priority in every interaction with our customer
- You are responsible for stabilising endangered customer relationships with a focus on an excellent customer experience
- You handle conflict cases in cooperation with cross-functional teams such as the Client Advisory team or the Watchmaker Workshop
- You implement operational process optimisations in the area of operations with a focus on cancellations/returns

YOUR PROFILE
- You have successfully completed an apprenticeship or a degree with a focus on business, operations and/or supply chain management
- You gained first professional experience in an international environment - ideally in an E-commerce or retail business
- You ideally already worked with an ERP and/or CRM system and are familiar with MS-Office products
- You are a team player and have a hands-on mentality as well as a communicative and cooperative manner
- You are quick on the uptake and have a high level of logical thinking skills
- You speak fluent German and good English and are characterised by a flexible, conscientious and reliable way of working
