**Your Responsibilities**:
As Customer Success Team Lead (M/F/d), you will manage individual and team activities to improve customer satisfaction to create loyalty and long term customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- You will manage the global Customer Success team in EMEA and the US. Your responsibilities include overseeing their work, developing the team, conducting annual appraisals, and approving timesheets and PTO.
- You will oversee global Customer Success processes to ensure efficiency, transparency, and clarity, enabling the team to provide excellent and knowledgeable customer service.
- Building cooperative relationships with Authorized DocuWare Partners and internal DocuWare teams and departments will also be part of your responsibilities.
- You will communicate with customers to gain a comprehensive understanding of their experience with our products.
- Acting as the voice of the customer both internally and with our partners, you will ensure the successful use of our DocuWare systems and foster long-term user relationships.
- You will thoroughly document detailed use case information, compile product improvement suggestions, and identify potential case studies for marketing initiatives, as well as opportunities for expansion to support sales and account management efforts.
**What you need to succeed**:
- You have completed a university degree.
- You are analytical and approach tasks with a critical mindset.
- Additionally, you are organized and detail-oriented in your work, while also being goal-oriented and driven to achieve results.
- You excel at building and maintaining strong customer relationships and can work effectively both within a team and independently.
- You are capable of communicating, collaborating, and managing within a global team environment.
- Your excellent communication skills in both English and German, both written and verbal, set you apart.
- Ideally, you are proficient in Microsoft products.
