Your Responsibilities

As the Team Lead UX Research & Strategy, you will be at the forefront of shaping our product experience. Your role is instrumental in establishing a deep understanding of our users, driving user-centricity, and fostering inclusivity. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders and guide a team of talented UX Researchers towards impactful outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include: 

• You will lead a team of UX Researchers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment with ongoing coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities.
• Additionally, you will recruit, onboard, and retain high-performing UX Researchers.
• You will lead qualitative and quantitative research efforts, conduct cross-functional workshops and streamline research processes to optimize your team's efficiency and impact.
• You will advocate for exceptional user experiences, measure KPIs and UX metrics, and drive continuous improvement.
• Together with different stakeholders across the organization, you will analyze business needs and guide the team in initiating research efforts that address those needs.

What you need to succeed

• You have completed a degree in research, psychology, business, or a related field.
• You already have experience delivering international research in a B2B product organisation.
• In addition to your core research skills, you possess strong communication skills to articulate research findings effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
• Additionally, you have experience leading UX Researchers of varying seniority levels.
• You possess a collaborative mindset, motivation to drive change, and a passion for new technologies and innovation.
• You are business fluent in written and spoken English. Proficiency in German or other languages is a plus.
