Our Talent Acquisition team is searching for a (**Senior)** **Talent Acquisition Partner.** You will play a pivotal role in helping Moss attract and hire the right talent for our **Engineering teams**across all our hubs (i.e. Back-/Front-End Engineers, Platform Engineers, Data Analysts across Berlin, Warsaw and Tallinn).

**Your responsibilities**
- ** Reporting & Process improvement -**deliver reports that showcase TA performance and insights. Identify proactively bottlenecks and single-handedly implement experiments and improvements.
- ** Stakeholder management -**Develop healthy and sustainable relationships with senior leadership, team leads and interviewers.

The interview process will include an online assessment as an initial step, followed by a Hiring Manager Call, a Live Case Study and a Final In-person Interview in one of our offices.
