Your key responsibilities will be:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for EMEA- Roles, e.g. marketing, customer-facing, and financial roles and legal roles.- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.- Manage the technical aspects of recruitment enablement, including ATS administration, reporting, and compliance with GDPR regulations, and DEI.-
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the recruitment process remains efficient and competitive.

We’re excited about you if you have:
- Bachelor's degree- 5+ years of experience as a Recruiter or/and Talent Acquisition Partner in a global company preferably with a focus on high-volume recruitment in the sales industry and other role roles in marketing, finance, legal, operations and customer facing departments- In-depth knowledge of various sourcing strategies and recruitment techniques.- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools, open to AI based technologies-
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality talent within specified timelines.- Continuous learning mindset with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and best practices.- Willingness to come to the office in Warsaw twice a week.- GERMAN language on C1 level, English B2 minimum.

The position is initially a replacement for maternity leave for one year. In case of mutual satisfaction, it can be prolonged for an indefinite period.
