It's an exciting time to join Clue. We're building a fresh new Brand Marketing team and are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join us in taking the Clue brand to the next level. You need to really LOVE creativity, since that's what the job will revolve around. From Social media assets to In-App-Messages, you'll be responsible for adapting our visuals for a variety of marketing channels. We're looking for someone who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty and really wants to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
- Freelance or part-time position based in our Berlin office, remote or hybrid (20hrs/week2,5 days);
- You need to understand project requirements and ideas;
- You will support the Brand Design team to create a visual library and style-guides for all the Clue Products;
- You will be in charge of creating assets for the CRM, Social, Web, Content team;
- You will help us to create the requested assets for all the languages;
- You will collaborate with the team to launch new campaign and projects;
- You will execute on projects from brief to production and deliver to high standards;
- You will help us to create cross-functional presentations, following and improving our current style-guide;
- You will use feedback from other designers to improve the quality of your work;
- You will be responsible for ensuring consistent use of the corporate identity throughout all the channels;

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
- You have 2 years of experience working in the creative industry;
- You are familiar with programs like Google Slides, Figma, Adobe Illustrator, After Effect, Photoshop;
- You need to have an eye for detail, be able to listen carefully and to properly deliver the task in a timely and professional manner
- You need to be able to work well with a team, implementing constructive feedback;
- You are requested to have a time management and problem-solving skills;
- You are an endless pool of creative ideas and you find excitement in A/B testing your designs for the best possible outcome.

If you meet the criteria above, submit your resume and a portfolio or other samples to showcase your work, in a PDF format (max 3MB, 8 slides) or in a Figma presentation (max 8 slides).

**WE'RE ESPECIALLY EXCITED IF**
- You have previously worked with After Effect, producing animations;
- You have taken a course in Illustrator or if you are able to draw easily, adapting your style with our Brand;
- You have previously worked in a Femtech company
