**Position Overview**:
As an In-House Graphic Designer at **Wen Cheng,** you will play a key role in crafting and maintaining our brand’s visual identity. You will collaborate with different teams to create marketing materials, digital assets, and designs for special events ensuring our restaurant’s personality and spirit shine through every visual element.

**Your Tasks**:

- ** Design Creation**: Produce visually engaging digital and print materials, such as menus, social media graphics, promotional posters, advertisements, event flyers, website assets, and more.
- ** Brand Consistency**: Ensure the visual identity of Wen Cheng Restaurants is consistent across all platforms and materials, from print to digital, reflecting our high standards and brand values.
- ** Collaborative Work**: Partner with the marketing, culinary, and management teams to create designs that align with business goals and marketing strategies, while reflecting our culinary expertise and hospitality.
- ** Creative Campaigns**: Contribute to the design of marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions, helping to elevate our restaurant's visual storytelling.
- ** Project Management**: Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and with attention to detail.
- ** Trend Awareness**: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, bringing fresh ideas to enhance the restaurant's visual communication.

**Your Profile**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the food, hospitality, or restaurant industry.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
- A deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Experience in creating assets for both digital platforms (e.g., social media, websites) and print materials (e.g., menus, brochures). A good German (B2) level is important for effective teamwork and for creating bilingual materials when needed.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, and basic web design (HTML, CSS) is a plus.
- Experience in photography or videography for content creation.
- Passion for food and gastronomy, with the ability to translate this enthusiasm into captivating design. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
