**About Us**: Mitte is on a mission to provide healthy hydration for everybody. Having created the world's first smart water system inspired by the natural water cycle, we are driven to reinvent how water is consumed globally. Our solution allows users to create personalized mineralized water at home, giving them control over their drinking water while minimizing plastic wastage. We have just launched our first product, the "Mitte Home", and we are determined to tap into the potential of our drinking water and improve lives with healthy hydration. Our process works in two simple steps. First, we purify water with proprietary technology. After purification, water is mineralized through a unique, patent-pending mineralization process. Mitte was initiated at the beginning of 2016 in Berlin. Our international team consists of close to 100 members from over twenty countries across six continents and is backed by experienced global investors who share our sustainable vision and Manifesto. We are an entrepreneurial group excited about using engineering and design to bring innovative and sustainable products to the market. **The Role**: It is an exciting time to join Mitte. As we just launched our first product, we are looking for Junior Graphic designers to join our marketing and communication team. In this role you will help drive Mitte's creative vision, and play an integral role in developing and delivering creative executions. We're looking for a designer with amazing design skills, a tremendous attention to detail and a smart strategic thinking attitude, that will help to develop design strategy to deliver the best possible creative solution to brief and timings. Join our amazing team in Berlin and help us bring Mitte to the world **Your Contribution**: - Deliver creative visual assets, static and motion design that brings our brand to life - Concept and develop content for social and performance campaigns - Work with marketing teams to deliver the best solutions for our projects - Gather design references, create moodboards and storyboards to communicate ideas to stakeholders - Take ownership of projects, from concept through to completion - Work across multiple project deadlines **Your Profile**: - 3+ years of experience as a Brand, Marketing or Communication Designer - Familiar with modern design tools and services and experience in the whole process of print, digital and web assets - Strong design aesthetic and a keen eye for typography with good understanding of graphic design fundamentals (colour, layout, composition) - Video-editing experience is a plus - English (written and verbal) communication and presentation skills, German is a plus - Conceptual thinking - Able to share your portfolio with us **Why Mitte?** Our culture and values are central to Mitte's philosophy.
