**The Role**:
As a **Customer Solutions Architect - Cloud Infrastructure**, you'll guide organizations transitioning from traditional DevOps to modern platform engineering. You'll work hands-on with cloud-native technologies to design, build, and optimize IDPs using Humanitec’s Platform Orchestrator and other leading tools.

This is a remote-first role with a global remit, focused on supporting customers across **Europe, Asia, and Oceania**.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Partner with customers to assess their platform and infrastructure needs
- Design and implement scalable, Kubernetes-based IDPs using Humanitec
- Troubleshoot and optimize multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Work with IaC tools like Terraform, OpenTofu, and Pulumi
- Deliver expert guidance, best practices, and technical enablement
- Lead technical discussions and present solution architectures
- Collaborate with product and engineering to improve our offerings
- Represent Humanitec at industry events and community meetups

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 3+ years in Platform, DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure engineering
- Deep expertise in at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes deployment and debugging
- Proficiency in IaC (Terraform, OpenTofu, Pulumi)
- Familiarity with cloud-native stacks (CI/CD, observability, networking, security)
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills
- Based in CET ±1 timezone; occasional travel
