Then show us your game face - because we’re looking for a **CRM Lifecycle Team Lead (M/F/x) **to join the team.
**Job Description** Your Daily Pitch**:
Your job is to increase customer retention and engagement across the whole Tipico business by leading the CRM Lifecycle team, outlining and realizing customer lifecycle campaigns and communications.

You will be continuously looking to improve player effective engagement and (re-)develop customer journeys across online and digital shop customers. The success of these activities will contribute towards the Tipico success story by having a more active and healthier database whilst increasing customer lifetime value.

**Your playing field**:

- With your **_leadership skills_**, you will guide a team of five CRM Managers to ensure that the team performs on a high efficiency.
- You develop and implement highly automated and personalized **_lifecycle campaigns_** across multiple channels with a strong focus on players’ lifecycle journeys based on customer behavior modelling.
- You will ensure the best possible usage of all marketing tools in close collaboration with other stakeholders.
- You will monitor, analyse, and track the effectiveness of campaigns and provide regular reporting against budget to **_improve campaigns_** by using A/B tests and insights from the Marketing Intelligence team. We challenge, reinvent, and push ourselves to define new levels of excellence
- You further automate communication across all customer flows including e.g. KYC and EDD.

**Qualifications** Which skills you should bring to the pitch**
- ** Good communications skills. **Tipico is an international Company.** **For this role you need strong German and English skills in both ways, written and verbal to communicate with our mainly German speaking customers.
- ** CRM experienced. **You are experienced in the field of CRM and have already proven your skills within successful CRM campaigns developing from the scratch.
- ** Project Management.** Your outstanding Project Management skills will help you to develop and drive forward new projects while always having the overview and foresee the next steps for reaching the set goals.
- ** Technical Understanding. **You are skilled in using common CRM tools like Emarsys (or similar) along with MS Office Programs, especially Excel, and can quickly familiarize yourself with new systems.
