***The Role**
Reporting to the CRM Lead, you will help implement the eco-system strategy for the European LiveScore Bet region. The main responsibility of the role will include assisting with campaign planning, creation and optimisation - leveraging the LiveScore scores app to acquire new, and retain or reactivate existing, members for/of LiveScore Bet.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work with CRM, Promotions, Data/Insights, Acquisition, Product & Design Teams to create, align and execute engaging campaigns on the LiveScore platform that can drive acquisition and retain existing members
- Help to plan, create and optimise all campaigns in conjunction with the regional and international sporting calendar and product launches.
- Utilise all existing channels and ad placements to maximise conversion and retention opportunities
- Help with campaign reporting and commercial analysis, confidently dissecting the data, providing recommendations and key takeaways to the wider business
- Contribute towards improving processes, testing new journeys or tech, plus introducing new channels or features to the overall mix
- Maintain a strong team ethic and help and support your colleagues when required
- To work on any other reasonable task required by your manager
**Skills, Knowledge and Experience**
- Fluency in Dutch or Bulgarian language would be desirable but not essential
- CRM experience - ideally in a sports betting and/or gaming environment
- Have an interest in the marketing technology (martech) space
- Confident working independently
- Extremely organised with strong attention to detail
- Enthusiastic and naturally inquisitive and proactive
- Excellent with time management and can multitask
- Proficient using Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
- Ability to build strong working relationships
- Confident in communicating and presenting with core stakeholders across the business
