We are looking for a Head of Subscription (f/m/d) to join our Regional Europe Team in our incredible Hero Hub in the heart of Berlin. As the Head of Subscription, you will lead and grow our subscription program and work closely with the country teams to define the operational impact.

**Your mission**:

- Own the value proposition, business strategy & lead the P&L of Delivery Hero Europe Subscription program
- Drive the go-to-market strategy & partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Commercial as well as other marketing & country teams to grow the subscription program
- Lead the regional planning and budgeting for the subscription program
- Define goals and critical metrics to track performance of the program and report to regional and country management
- Engage with analytics to develop regular reporting and play a key role in business reviews (QBRs/MBRs)
- Drive constant 'test and learn' methodology to improve the adoption & unit economics of the program

**Your heroic skills**:

- 7-8 years with a proven track record of driving results and championing growth initiatives to scale
- Strong subscription analytics skills (conversion, cohorts, retention, MRR, etc) and solid financial analysis skills
- Comprehensive marketing knowledge and experience across multiple channels
- Ability to work at a 'heads up' strategic level and 'heads down' tactical level, owning both strategy and execution while driving operational excellence.
- Ability to work successfully in a quickly-changing environment with entrepreneurial and mission driven spirit
- Team-building ability with experience leading cross-functionally
- Management consulting mindset that can flex from strategic analysis to operational execution
- Experience with a subscription business plus
