Delivery Hero is looking for a **Head of Pricing **(f/m/d) to join the **European regional logistics and Operations team**. Delivery Hero Europe consists of 8 different country organizations and is led by a regional leadership team out of Berlin. Delivery Hero’s businesses in Europe are growing rapidly and occupy leading positions.

**Your mission**:

- You will own and manage the pricing (delivery fee) setup, strategy and testing for the European region with the goal to always have the most optimal setup to drive both growth and profitability
- Together with your team of pricing analysts and close collaboration with the local pricing teams you will drive pricing (delivery fee) analyses, provide A/B test recommendations and create, launch and analyse pricing tests and experiments
- You will work closely with the global DH pricing team in order to stay on top of best practices from other regions and drive product development based on the needs in the region
- You are responsible for performance monitoring of all markets in the region, both in terms of pricing execution and competitive landscape and proactively highlight areas for improvement and optimisation
- You provide senior management with regular performance reports, insights and presentations
- You are a great communicator and able to develop good working relationships with key stakeholders, influence, and attain the requisite buy-in in a structured way
- You work on cross-functional projects and engage with multiple business units, both regionally, locally and globally

**Your heroic skills**:

- You gained at least 5+ years of professional experience in an analytical role involving big datasets within tech, food delivery, mobility or other dynamic and fast paced field and at least 1 years experience managing smaller teams
- You earned a university degree in STEM or economics
- Solid understanding and experience with statistics, A/B test design/analysis and pricing strategy is required
- You have demonstrated experience with SQL, Excel and data visualization
- You are a high performer capable of creating impact through data driven decisions
- You are highly motivated and communicative, independent and pragmatic in handling business challenges in a fast-paced environment
- You are highly curious and happy to question the status quo
- You possess excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
