To achieve this, we develop digital platforms and innovative processes. This is how we connect owners and tenants, banks and brokers to craftsmen and many other service providers in a central, digital ecosystem. It would be a great opportunity for someone to redefine the German property management market as we are rapidly scaling.

**What we need from you**:

- Build & manage Product & Tech area of Upmin Group
- 100% responsibility for both areas.
- Very close collaboration with Management board/executive team members to establish a technology & product vision and strategy that aligns with the company’s overall mission and goals.
- Develop and lead the execution of a technical & product roadmap that supports the company’s business objectives.
- Lead the product development process from ideation to launch and beyond.
- Drive innovation and identify emerging technologies that can be leveraged to enhance the company’s products and services.
- Implementation of the E2E process landscape in innovative technical solutions.

**What you need to bring**:

- Senior profile with in-depth knowledge of tech and a good view of the product environment.
- Experience in tech start-ups or innovative Tech companies.or with strategy consultancy companies are a plus.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to drive innovation and identify emerging technologies that can be leveraged to enhance the company’s products and services
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality products and services.
- Ideally experience with APIs.
- Entrepreneurial mindset.
- Desire to shape the property management of the future with a motivated team.
- Fluent German and English language skills
