We're scaling fast, rebranding with a top design agency, and taking on bold challenges to become the most human AI on the planet. **About the Role**: We’re on the hunt for a **Chief Product Officer** who’s not here for the title, but for the mission. This is a 100% hands-on role, perfect for someone who’s built products from 0 to 1, knows what product-market fit _really_ means, and has the taste and guts to build something magical. If you live and breathe product strategy, obsess over clean design, geek out over new tech, and don’t shy away from chaos, you’ll thrive here. You’ll be working closely with the CEO to rebuild an already-good product into something exceptional — fast. **What You’ll Be Doing**: - Partner with the CEO to shape and execute Replika's long-term product vision. - Lead a small team of very senior entrepreneurial people (and roll up your sleeves alongside them). - Turn big, bold ideas into reality — and make the product better every single week. - Work closely with engineering and AI teams to ship things that are technically solid and emotionally resonant. - Use data, user research, and intuition to shape direction — and know when to take risks. - Align product priorities with company goals, but also challenge them when needed. - Help lead a full rebuild of the product experience in the next 6 months — we’re going from good to unforgettable. - Constantly explore new technologies, tools, and platforms that could give us an edge. - Be a power user of Replika — know the product inside and out, and constantly use it to spot what needs fixing or elevating. - Own and elevate how Replika communicates with users — we want our voice to be the best on this planet. **Who You Are**: - At least 5 years of experience in product leadership roles, preferably in fast-paced or startup environments. - You've built and scaled real products — ideally from 0 to 1. - You have an entrepreneurial mindset — you treat the product like your own business. - C1 or higher English level — clear, sharp communication matters here. - You care deeply about users and craft. You notice the details and can’t unsee bad UX. - You’re tech-savvy and curious. You don’t need to code, but you speak developer. - You thrive in startup chaos. You know how to find focus, stay flexible, and move fast without burning out. - You’re not waiting for instructions. You have high ownership, and if something’s broken, you fix it. - You want to leave a mark. You want to be able to say: _"I was a part of this incredible story"_ - You’re excited about AI, even if you’re still learning the space.
