HR Business Partner

We are working on an exclusively retained basis with a global industrial services business (44,000 employees established 100 years ago) to appoint a new HR Business Partner in Hamburg.

The role will be covering divisions including food and Oil/Gas, roughly a team size of 270. This is a stand-alone role reporting into the VP HR for Germany, so someone capable and independent would be great

Key responsibilities
- You advise employees and managers on questions of labour and works constitution law
- You support the departments from personnel planning to successful onboarding
- You work constructively and in a spirit of trust with the works councils and are involved in drawing up works agreements with
- You work on cross-location HR projects
- You are responsible for the planning and implementation of education and training measures
- You are responsible for the operative implementation of personnel processes and measures
- You report relevant personnel key figures
- You will be responsible for parts of the administrative personnel work such as drawing up employment contracts, contract amendments, certificates, etc.

**Salary**: 60,000.00€ - 80,000.00€ per year
