For the Containerships head office in Hamburg we are recruiting an HR Business Partner (M/F/d).

**Your responsibilities include**:
General support of Group HR Manager

Act as first point of contact for employees and their managers, building up a strong business relationship with our internal clients

Prepare employee documents along the whole employee life-cycle (offers, contracts, onboarding material, exit documentation)

Coordinate the trial period process

Support cross-functional projects

Support corporate talent management and appraisal campaigns

Organize learning and development initiatives, and measure the effectiveness of the training

Support ongoing change processes in the organization

Manage ad-hoc requests from employees in coordination with their managers (part-time requests, return from parental leave, etc.)

**You bring aboard**:
Relevant apprenticeship or university degree in HR or similar, plus relevant experince in a comparable HR role

Excellent understanding of HR best practice

Very good communication skills in German and English (company language)

Background in labour law desirable

Experience in international transfers is a plus

Self-starter with a can-do attitude

Empathic personality with strong interpersonal skills
