**JOB PURPOSE**
- We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Retail Merchandising Intern (M/F/d) to join our dynamic PRADA team at our head office in Munich from October on. This mandatory internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the world of luxury fashion. As a key support for our Retail Merchandising Team, you will contribute to the management of product assortments, market analysis, and collaboration with various teams to optimize performance.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support the Retail Merchandising Team in managing all product categories for the Central Europe region
- Assist in preparing reports, statistics, and analyses on market trends and competitors
- Contribute to the development of sales and purchasing strategies
- Provide support for store inquiries and maintain regular communication with store staff
- Collaborate with Visual Merchandising to align in-store displays with merchandising strategies
- Help create presentations and evaluations for internal and external stakeholders
- Participate in the preparation for buying new collections
- Assist with organizing and conducting product training sessions

**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Fashion Management, or a related field
- A strong interest in luxury fashion and an understanding of industry trends
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); SAP knowledge is a plus
- Excellent English skills (German or other languages are an advantage)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative team spirit
