Working Student Retail Campaigns

**JOIN OUR TEAM**:
As **Working Student Retail Campaigns & Business Developmen**t,** you will play a key role in bringing our premium Home & Living campaigns to life. You'll support in designing newsletters, scaling visual content for new market launches, and creating assets for brand pages and retail campaigns. You will also assist the Merchandising team with product sorting and contribute to organising workflows using Asana. This opportunity offers a hands-on learning experience in a fast-paced and design-driven environment. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented team player with a creative eye and a passion for design and organisation. This position is **unlimited** and based in **Munich**.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:

- support the design of newsletter graphics to align with campaign goals
- assist in scaling existing visual content for new country launches
- create content for brand pages and retail campaigns
- support the Merchandising team with product sorting and categorisation
- help organise workflows and timelines using Asana for planning purposes

**YOU COME WITH**:

- currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Design or a related field
- a proactive mindset and a positive, creative attitude
- a strong willingness to grow, learn, and take on new challenges
- flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- a high sense of responsibility and excellent time management skills, paired with an independent working style and the ability to multitask effectively
