**Retail Visual Merchandiser (m/w/d) - EssilorLuxottica Group - Ray-Ban, Sunglass Hut, Oakley, David Clulow**

**Was Sie erwartet**:
As Visual Merchandiser you are responsible for all Visual Merchandising activities of our Network of 83 Stores in Germany, Switzerland, Austria & Czech Republic for our iconic retail brands Sunglass Hut, Ray-Ban, Oliver Peoples, Oakley & David Clulow stores across all markets

**AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Visual Merchandising**
- Implements VM standard tools and creativity using global assets across the region in partnership with Area managers
- Responsible for implementing all Front door campaigns, across all stores in coordination with field management
- Managing local tailor-made orders - organizing printer’s and shop fitter’s quotes and installation, organizing creative material required
- Ordering POS material as requested within deadlines in format required & tracking deliveries

**Marketing Operations**
- Processing all VM material requests and tracking current job status - ordered date, arrival dates, WIP items
- Entering ordered tailor-made material requests into MOM order system
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure satisfactory completion of marketing projects within stipulated time and budget

**Budget Management**
- Support the planning and management of the Visual Merchandising budget in line with guidelines
- Track and monitor VM-related expenses to ensure they stay within approved budgets
- Accurately enter approved visual merchandising job quotations into the international Budget Management System (BMS), including clear and detailed descriptions
- Ensure that all invoices related to VM activities (e.g., window installations, in-store materials, signage) are submitted correctly and allocated to the appropriate budget category

**Das bringen Sie mit**:

- 1+ years of experience as Visual Merchandiser or in a similar role (ideally from retail industry)
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proven track record in cross-functional collaboration and building effective partnerships
- Experience with budget management
- Solid skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to work with various internal systems
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and German
- Flexible, Adaptable and Resilient with a can-do attitude
- Possibility to travel within our markets on a regular basis
