Aufgaben Als Founders Associate arbeitest du direkt mit dem Gründungsteam zusammen und unterstützt bei allen Schritten rund um die Skalierung unserer neuen Marke. Du bekommst vollen Einblick in die Wachstumsphase einer DTC Health Brand und bist Sparringspartner für strategische und operative Themen. Qualifikation Du hast ein Studium in BWL, Management, Marketing oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich absolviert. Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Start-up-, Consulting- oder DTC-Umfeld bringst du ebenso mit wie analytisches Denken, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und eine Hands-on-Mentalität. Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und hast Interesse an Consumer Health Themen. Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse setzen wir voraus.
